When will I receive the first physical newsletter issue in the mail?

Each issue of The Life Spiral Newsletter is sent to the print shop on the first business day of the month.

For instance, if you started your trial on July 15th, your first issue will be sent to the print shop on August 1st (assuming August 1st is a business day).

The print shop takes 1-2 business days to print, package, and ship your issue.

For U.S. customers: Your issue will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (it takes 1-3 business days to arrive).

For International customers: Your issue will be shipped——with love and care——via standard mail (and takes 3-6 weeks to arrive).

As a business owner, teacher, and entrepreneur, Ken has been creating and implementing unique ways to positively impact communities for over thirty years. Beginning as a martial arts school owner/operator that served as a place of learning and growth for both children and adults, Ken has founded and launched many businesses through the years.

His projects include Questers’ Way, a 16,000 square foot multi-dimensional family center focused on education and empowerment, a family-oriented fitness center, a community art gallery, as well as several online enrichment and education programs. He has worked closely with both schools and businesses to help them establish deep, meaningful connections with their community as well as with each other.

Ken now works with a growing number of businesses, teachers, coaches, and entrepreneurs to help them energize their unique contributions and relationships with their teams through interactive presentations, workshops and an online community which bring together his decades of experience as a martial artist and business owner.
